Vouchers are not transferable and can not be exchanged for cash. Hanmer Springs gift vouchers can not be used with other special offers. We are not a free service vouchers & bookings already include our fees. There is no cancellation fee if you are just changing dates outside the 48 hour arrival time. All gift vouchers have an expiry date and expired vouchers have no value after 12 months from date of purchase. Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash. Only the recipient can redeem the voucher i.e. it can not be passed on to someone else as. I.D. is required when checking in. Redeeming of vouchers is subject to availability.
